Job Title: Bank Operations Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Bank Operations Executive to manage critical functions such as disbursement processes, KYC documentation, and operational support in our NBFC. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, streamline operations, and maintain high service quality. Key Responsibilities:
Disbursement Process: Oversee and execute loan disbursement processes efficiently and accurately. Verify loan documents and agreements for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of disbursements. Monitor disbursement transactions and maintain accurate records.
KYC Documentation: Collect, review, and verify customer KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation as per regulatory standards. Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and other regulatory norms. Maintain organized records of customer documentation for audits and internal reviews.
Operational Support: Handle day-to-day operational tasks, including account reconciliation, data entry, and reporting. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Compliance and Risk Management: Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes affecting NBFC operations. Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines. Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.
