The Operations Analyst supports branch performance by strengthening frontline processes, optimizing cash operations, and ensuring consistent execution across the banking network. This role works closely with branch leaders and field teams to analyze workflows, streamline procedures, and enhance the day‑to‑day operational experience. Strong communication skills and comfort working with data are essential.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
• Support and improve branch and cash operations, including teller workflows, cash‑handling controls, and frontline execution.
• Partner with branch leaders to analyze daily field processes, identify operational gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
• Produce clear, accurate operational documentation, reports, and written communications used across the branch network.
• Bring hands‑on experience in banking, branch operations, or cash‑operations roles (teller, supervisor, or branch leader).
Plusses
Use data to support decision‑making; experience with Power BI or dashboard analytics is a strong plus.
• French language skills are an asset for supporting bilingual regions.
