Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager located in Hapur at Aadhar Housing Finance Ltd. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. They will also be involved in implementing company policies, managing budgets, and coordinating with other departments.
Qualifications
• Experience in branch operations management, customer service, and team leadership
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
