Role Summary:
The Branch Operations role is responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations at the Groww AMC branch. This includes investor servicing, documentation, KYC/AML checks, transaction processing, and supporting sales teams to deliver a superior customer experience. The role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence, regulatory adherence, and process governance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end branch operations including investor onboarding, documentation, KYC/AML verification, and transaction processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of all mutual fund operational activities.
• Maintain high service standards through efficient query handling and customer support.
• Ensure the branch is audit-ready at all times, maintaining proper records and documentation.
• Adhere strictly to SEBI, AMFI, and internal compliance guidelines.
• Monitor operational risks and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs for branch operations and support periodic audits.
• Assist sales teams with operational requirements to improve onboarding and investor experience.
• Work closely with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, Sales and Customer Support.
• Maintain operational dashboards, MIS reports, and error logs.
Requirements:
• Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred); MBA is a plus.
• Strong understanding of mutual fund operations, KYC norms, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, customer servicing, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
