This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity
This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate
The salary range for this position is $57,000- $145,000

Supports planning and execution of media and custom content for national campaigns; including digital, precision, social, audio and out-of-home
Works with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver paid social media strategy, content flighting and performance reporting
Manages reviews, asset creation, production coordination and timeline management for campaigns and media initiatives
Monitors and reports performance against KPIs; Identifies opportunities and concerns to drive growth and profitability
Analyze third-party media reports and present insights on campaign performance, market trends, competitive spending, etc
Manages campaign/program budgets and timelines in order to execute key plans and ensure objectives are met on time and within budget
Executes media strategies and manages marketing campaigns to ensure KPIs and expectations are met
Works with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are executed
Provide guidance and support for junior brand marketing team members
