Job Description
The Brand Manager is responsible for managing and strategically growing brands at Specialty Imports through influential leadership. You will be responsible for developing, presenting, and monitoring effective objectives that align with our supplier business goals. Total pay package comprised of base salary with performance-dependent bonuses.
Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cohesive business strategies that align with and drive company objectives.
Champion a culture of accountability, delivering measurable results.
Oversee and manage Supplier Marketing Budget and other related marketing expenditures.
Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and customers
Set and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales objectives.
Set priorities and track sales performance against Supplier Annual
Business Plans (ABPs).
Ensure supplier satisfaction by achieving mutually agreed upon annual business plan volume and distribution objectives.
Analyze market trends and performance data to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with sales teams to execute impactful marketing events.
Support product pricing strategies, including setting discount schedules as needed.
Lead the successful launch of new products and brands to the market.
Track and administer qualifying sales incentives for sales team
Identify and communicate opportunities seen within the market to senior management and proactively solve problems to make improvements
Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.
Adhere to all state liquor laws and regulations.

Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and sit. The employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, days/hours of work vary, and may occasionally include evenings and weekends.
Travel
Travel is primarily local (Anchorage) during the business day, although some out-of-town and overnight travel is expected.

Compensation and benefits
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.

Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan.
Employees are also eligible for 40 hours of vacation every year and 6 days of paid holidays throughout the calendar year. The maximum accrued vacation time is 4 weeks (20 days) after completion of 4 years of employment with Specialty Imports.
Hired applicant may be eligible for incentives, event bonuses, and/or annual bonuses.
