The Opportunity
After a successful launch two years ago, being stocked in Wolf & Badger, TK Maxx and achieving strong sales, we're currently seeking someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, problem solving and driving revenue.
This role will give you high levels of ownership early in your career. You must be solutions-driven; if you are driven by results and enjoy continuous learning, this role will suit you perfectly.
About You
• Very strong career interest in building a sustainable lifestyle brand.
• Social media or content creation skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc).
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving high targets.
• Problem-solving skills, you enjoy finding the root causes of problems and implementing logical solutions.
• Strong execution skills and a "get things done" attitude.
Desirable
• Previous internship or work experience in a similar role or industry
• A self-starter who's okay with ambiguity and high propensity to self-motivate.
• Able to travel to our office in Wiltshire 1-2 times a month.
Your Responsibilities Will Be To
• Drive revenue growth for the brand.
• Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including website content, email marketing, retargeting ads, and social media strategies, and posting regularly while monitoring performance.
• Set up lifecycle emails with A/B testing, create segmented customer engagement journeys, and design tailored marketing campaigns to drive revenue.
• Build and maintain influencer relationships for content creation, and implement cross-channel promotional plans.
• Conduct customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, and review product listings to optimise sales, engagement, and overall performance.
