Role Purpose
As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Capricorn brand to life. You will provide support to the Brand & Campaign Specialists in developing and delivering campaigns that meet and exceed targets, including managing the delivery of eDMs. You will also provide support to the Events team to provide collateral and communications as required, as well as manage the branded merchandise stock, including liaison with Field teams for feedback, sourcing quotes for annual orders and managing stock levels.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, this role is focused on building meaningful engagement with our target audience, enhancing brand consistency, and supporting initiatives that grow loyalty and trust in the Capricorn brand.
What You’ll Bring
Skills, knowledge and attributes
A solid understanding of marketing principles and best practice, including B2B and direct marketing.
Experience contributing to project teams or coordinating marketing projects end to end.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage competing deadlines in line with organisational goals.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and provide guidance when required.
Experience
Minimum of two years’ experience in a brand, marketing or similar coordination role.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
