Key Responsibilities
• Identify new, emerging, and trending brands across F&B, Fashion, Lifestyle, and D2C segments
• Shortlist and onboard selected brands into the company’s internal database/system
• Collect, verify, and maintain brand information including:
• Brand profile
• Business model & formats
• Expansion plans
• Contact & decision-maker details
• Maintain and regularly update the brand database and onboarding tracker
• Coordinate with brands for required information and documentation
• Conduct market research to track new brand launches, expansions, and retail trends
• Share brand insights, reports, and updates with internal leasing and advisory teams
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of all brand records
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–4 years of experience in brand onboarding, retail leasing, brand acquisition, or similar roles
• Basic understanding of retail brands and market trends
• Exposure to F&B, Fashion, Lifestyle, or D2C brands preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
• Comfortable working with MS Excel, Google Sheets, email communication
• Detail-oriented with strong data management and reporting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
