???? Role: Brand Partnership Officer
You will be the face of Servsy for brands across India — helping us onboard OEMs, D2C brands, and manufacturers who want to offer seamless customer service across India through our network.
???? Categories You'll Work With:
Home & Kitchen Appliances (OTG, Mixers, Chimneys, Geysers, etc.)
Electronics (LED TVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, ACs)
Mobile & Smart Gadgets (Phones, Tablets, Wearables, IoT Devices)
Furniture & Modular Installations
???? Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pitch to potential brand/OEM partners for after-sales services
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers in product companies
Close service contracts for pan-India coverage and SLAs
Collaborate with internal CRM, operations & technician teams
Represent Servsy in B2B expos, trade shows, and virtual meets
✅ What We’re Looking For:
3–7 years in partnerships, OEM sales, or B2B service alliances
Network in appliances, electronics, gadgets or D2C brands preferred
Great communicator + deal closer
Passion for solving real problems at scale
Understanding of Indian market — metros to Tier 3
