About The Role:
The Breakdown Repair Intervention Officer is responsible for undertaking timely and effective intervention and escalation activities relating to the delivery of a high volume building related breakdown repair service to agencies in the Perth metropolitan area.
Please note: This role includes on-call responsibilities outside of business hours in response to Breakdown repair issues.
About You:
The successful candidate will bring building maintenance experience and be able to demonstrate their contribution to delivering high-quality service and outcomes for client agencies.
They will be pro-active, organised and able to manage a diverse workload. Their dedication to understanding client agencies needs and addressing maintenance challenges will shine through and they will be a master communicator.
The position operates in Personal Leadership context. This means that you are required to demonstrate personal accountability for delivering excellence and support your team and agency in delivering strategic goals. You will be expected to build and nurture relationships and be willing to seek feedback and learn.

Currently there is one (1) permanent full-time position available for filling. Whilst this selection process will initially be used to appoint to this advertised vacancy, it may also be used to appoint to similar positions that may arise in the Agency within the next twelve (12) months on a full-time, part-time, permanent or fixed-term basis with the possibility of further extension(s) and/or permanency.
