BU HR Head

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Human Resources BU Head to ensure that all human capital (HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively in Antara. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all HR-related subjects to ensure organization growth.

This position will report to the CHRO.

Location: Delhi/NCR (Base location will be Gurgaon but there will be frequent traveling to Noida, Dehradun & Bangalore locations)

Year of experience: MBA in HR from a premium Institute with 10-15 years of experience in Core HR functions like HRBP, HR Operations, HR compliances, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, PMS, R&R, engagement etc.

Primary Function and Responsibilities:

· Responsible for creation and execution of the HR strategy in alignment with the Business goals.

· Drive all HR processes, systems and lead the design thinking for growth of the organization.

· Lead the Manpower Planning, Talent Management, annual budgets, PMS, R&R for the business.

· Review and ensure the organization is compliant on all HR and employee related compliances. Create mechanisms to act on employee grievances in a proactive manner. Create a safe, secure and compliant working environment for the employees of the company.

· Look at technology to make HR a paperless function in future.

· Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards, statutory compliances etc.

· Advise to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics and HR analytics

Education & Experience:

· MBA in HR from a premium Institute with excellent verbal & written communication skills

· At least five years of team handling experience is required.

· Must have experience working with Tech product-based startups with previous experience in Pharma, Medical Equipment, Retail or Ecommerce industry.

· Must be comfortable to travel in different entities of Antara whenever required

· Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives

· Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

· Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices

· A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element

· Knowledge of data analysis and reporting, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint is a must.

· Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
