A successful Confidential HR should have:
Educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field with more than 15 years of organisational experienceKnowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance requirements for a large diversified work force of > 2000 employeesExperience in HR business partnership, performance management, Compliance management, project managementStrong organisational and communication skills.An ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
