Job Description
We are looking for a Build Development Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in build systems, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Gradle, Ant, Groovy, and have experience working across both Linux and Windows environments. A working knowledge of AI-assisted development tools is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain build scripts using Gradle, Ant, Maven, and Groovy.
Manage source control systems: Git, Gerrit, CVS.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Perform administrative tasks on Linux and Windows systems.
Develop and maintain Shell Scripts for automation.
Support development teams using Java or Python.
Apply security best practices in build pipelines.
Use Ansible for configuration management and automation.
Leverage AI-powered dev tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code.
Understand networking and virtualization concepts, including Docker.
Maintain basic database knowledge and apply Core Java when needed
Preferred Skills
Solid understanding of DevOps principles.
Experience with containerization and virtualization.
Exposure to enterprise-level build systems.
Interest in AI-enhanced development workflows.
