Present Role – Senior Relationship Manager – Capital Markets
Reporting – Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
• Takeover qualified leads passed on by the business development or marketing team
2. Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and in-depth conversations with CXOs, founders, or leadership teams
3. Create compelling proposals, manage commercial negotiations, and handle all aspects of deal structuring
4. Drive deals from mid-to-late sales stages to closure with a focus on speed, alignment, and client satisfaction
5. Work closely with advisory and execution teams to ensure smooth handoff and onboarding
6. Track conversion metrics, maintain CRM hygiene, and provide regular updates to leadership
7. Nurture long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities post-engagement
8. Open to travel for business/client engagements across locations.
Required skill sets:
· Strong communicator and negotiator, able to win trust and handle complex conversations
· Highly organized, with a goal-oriented and execution-driven mindset
· Understanding of financial advisory, fundraising, or professional services business models
· Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
· MBA in Finance and Marketing
· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, transaction advisory, or consultative selling
· Proven track record of closing mid-to-high ticket deals independently
· Experience working with CRM tools and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
