Job Description
A diverse, national Chartered Surveying Consultancy are seeking a reliable Building Surveyor, ideally with some Employers Agent / Contract Administration experience, to join their head office in London.
The Building Surveyor’s role
The successful Building Surveyor will join a specialist team that works closely with the Project Management team to provide a professional service on the whole project life cycle for listed building, residential, and retrofit schemes.
Alongside providing a traditional building surveying role, the new Building Surveyor will also help carry out an Employers Agent role due to an increase in that area of the London offices workload.
Role: Building Surveyor and Employers Agent
Location: South London
Project Sectors: Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare
Requirements:
Completed a Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree
MRICS or working towards
2+ years building surveying experience within a chartered surveying / private practice
Able to commute to South London
In Return: £40,000 - £55,000 + package + flexible working + extensive training and career support
