Job Description:
shall be responsible for the overall Business Development, Sales & Marketing of our products in India & Overseas.
Responsible for devising and achieving Sales Plan, allocating & utilizing resources and setting short term & long term goals for the department.
Prepare & manage Monthly, Quarterly & Annual budget for the department.
Identifying business opportunities (Domestic & Overseas) to reach, convert & expand company's presence into new markets.
Understand key marketing performance metrics to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, and demand-supply trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for marketing team.
Visiting & liasoning with various national & state utilities, EPC's & private customers.
Identifying business opportunities with Overseas clients, visiting the clients (As per requirements), appointing agents in the assigned countries / region and responsible for the product approval.
Assisting your team for various orders from order receipt till the receipt of the payments and bank guarantee.
Leading and assisting Sales & Marketing team to submit to all documents get approvals of our products with the end clients, like State utility board, State transmission line Companies, Private Power sector Companies, etc.
Organizing and assisting Inspection & Inspection Co-ordination.
Arranging and submission of detailed Techno commercial offers and tender for product and Turnkey projects.
Assisting to team to prepare Technical & Commercial documents as per client's requirements.
Assisting to our team to collect the Information of Indian & Overseas Exhibitions/Conferences and further responsible to participate in the same.
