• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet client requirements
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a focus on bulk hiring for blue-collar positions (2-4 years)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
