Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Business Accountant. The Business Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, analyzing financial data, and providing insights for informed decision-making. They will also oversee accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts, and coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in financial accounting, budgeting, and preparation of financial statements
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulatory compliance, and auditing processes
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirable
• Previous experience in a corporate or enterprise environment is a plus
