Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Accountant, located in Pune. The Business Accountant will be responsible for daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and conducting financial forecasting. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing payroll, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Qualifications
• Accounting and financial management skills
• Experience in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis of construction
• Budget management and financial forecasting skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is an added advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
