Role Highlights:
• Acquire new corporate clients for permanent & leadership hiring
• Manage key client accounts and drive repeat business.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and networking (No emails outreach)
• Pitch recruitment solutions to HR Heads, TA Leaders & Business Heads
• Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Develop new clients in FMCG / FMCD/ Building Material / EPC / Power / Oil & Gas /Automobile / Services segments in Domestic Market (salary Bands 5 Lacs Plus) / Middles East / GCC.
Ideal Candidate:
• 3–8 years of BD / sales experience in a recruitment / staffing or HR tech firm
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and recruitment commercials
• Has existing HR / corporate contacts (preferred)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong closure ability
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a consultative sales approach.
Compensation
• Freelancer / Part-time: Commission per closure - 10% to 15% of the annual billing.
• High earning potential based on performance and deal size
