About the opportunity

Are you looking to start your career in Business Administration? We are offering 10 traineeships on a term contract, full-time basis for up to 2 years, providing a combination of on-the-job work experience, with 1 day of TAFE per week and the remaining 4 days will be on-the-job training, where you will obtain a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Business Administration while you get paid.

We are looking to fill positions within various teams, working alongside professionals in a supportive team environment, commencing January 2025.

Who can apply

Applicants must not have completed a Certificate III qualification or above in a similar field
Applicants who are motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to providing a high standard of customer service
Applicants who have strong verbal and written communication skills
Applicants must be an Australian citizen or be eligible to work in Australia (evidence required)
Applicants of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Applications need to be submitted online through Council's online recruitment system
The selection process requires chosen applicants for all positions to undertake an interview, aptitude test and a medical examination.
If your application is successful in progressing through to the next recruitment stage, a representative from 1300apprentice will be in contact with you.
