Designation: Chartered Accountant Manager Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Experience: 4-5 Years Salary: As per market standards (Linked to KRA/KPI) We are looking for a dynamic CA who is interested in building a long-term career in professional practice with a growth path towards leadership and partner level. Operational Responsibilities: Streamline recurring processes to improve efficiency and reduce duplication of work. Ensure proper process documentation and support ISO certification requirements. Act as a review and coordination point between partners, employees, and articles. Plan, coordinate, and execute Internal, Statutory, Tax, GST, Bank, Transfer Pricing, System, and Due Diligence audits. Ensure timely completion of assignments and finalization of reports. Follow up with clients and associates for smooth execution of assignments. Support staff training and HR development when required. Work on challenging assignments and continuously upgrade professional knowledge. B) Technical 1. Business Setup & Advisory Business setup and advisory services in India Management advisory and compliance support 2. Audit & Assurance Statutory Audit (Companies Act, 2013) Internal Financial Controls (IFC) Reporting Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audit IFRS Financial Reporting Management, System, and Information System Audits Due Diligence and Fixed Asset Verification 3. Outsourcing & Accounting Bookkeeping and Accounting Payroll, TDS, MIS, and Compliance Reporting Accounts Receivable/Payable Management Form 16, ETDS, and Statutory Compliance 4. Taxation Direct Taxation GST and Customs (Indirect Taxation) Transfer Pricing (Form 3 CEB), Expat Taxation, and Withholding Tax 5. Advisory Business process and management advisory services Skills Required Strong knowledge of Audit, Taxation, and GST Good drafting and analytical skills Leadership and team coordination ability Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments Self-driven and committed to long-term CA practice Shape
