• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document project requirements.
• Analyze and prioritize business needs to translate them into clear and concise specifications.
• Work closely with the key architect to ensure the alignment of business requirements with system design.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business users and technical teams.
• Conduct impact assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Support testing and validation of requirements to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide ongoing support and clarification on business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer for future reference.
Applied Knowledge & Skills
• Proven experience in business analysis within data warehousing projects.
• Understanding of ERP key processes such as PTP and OTC is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Knowledge of business analysis best practices and methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Certification in business analysis such as PMI PBA is preferred.
