THE ROLE
We are looking for a candidate who sees the bigger picture, can act as an expert counsel to align ideas on key strategic themes as well as coaching, mentoring, and guiding other stakeholders within the development process. The candidate will be self-starting and inquisitive, comfortable working in a complex environment and possess excellent communications skills.
Candidates must have banking experience within Corporate Lending (Bilateral/Syndicated), Corporate loan Origination, loan servicing solutions understand the needs from a bank user’s point of view and be comfortable working with all stakeholder levels within both Temenos and its partner banks.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in client requirement workshops and identify any gaps together with high level proposals for their resolution (e.g. development, workarounds or changes in processes). Ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project
• Analyze client business requirements, liaise with client(s) / project team(s) and produce functional specification document for addressing the requirements. Be involved actively in the process till the sign-off is obtained from the client
• Participate in Solution design with development / testing teams to ensure the requirements are addressed. Ensure Requirement Traceability Matrix is updated to facilitate tracking of requirements coverage
• Act in a business consultancy capacity; configuring and managing workshops and, where appropriate, acting in a product owner capacity.
• Lead and give guidance to help key stakeholder’s understand the impacts of changes through extensive and co-ordinated discovery analysis.
• Derive and define high level business requirements, map out appropriate epics and user stories to support delivery whilst applying a customer focused approach to the process.
• Support creation of test planning and scripts, whilst also owning User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as and when deliveries occur.
• Follow the software development lifecycle from inception throughout design, engineering, testing and deployment. Serving as a liaison between various cross-functional teams that influence Corporate Loan Origination and Loan servicing projects.
• Manage prioritisation pro-actively, providing the best go to market solution in a timely fashion. Identify new opportunities to acquire, retain or grow the business based on trends found through market analysis and strong awareness of new features and capabilities within the field.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and positioning, influence clients in the closure of deals Own and participate in client engagements as and when applicable, providing a clear subject matter expert within the Loan Origination and Loan servicing business line.
• Contribute to the Product Roadmap by keeping track of market trends, regulatory environment, competitive landscape, etc.
• Support marketing and sales through leading the development and maintenance of various product marketing collateral including customer presentations, sales training guides, product brochures, FAQs, user guides, online marketing content and demos.
Skills & Experience
• MBA/BEBTech/MCA candidates with 5 to 8 years of Loan Origination and Loan servicing experience
