SUMMARY
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Analyst is responsible for analysing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions that increase efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with cross functional teams and gather and document requirements.
Act as Liaison between business community and technical teams.
Participate in development and implementation of new processes and systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to end users.
Prepare reports for reporting at various leadership levels.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance/MIS.
1-3 years of experience as Business Analyst or similar role with at least 2 ERP implementation experience preferred.
Knowledge of tools like Azure Dev Ops, Jira etc preferred.
Knowledge of ERP tools like Oracle Cloud, SAP, MS Dynamics etc preferred.
Knowledge of Software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems with minimal direction.
Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
