Business Analyst - ServiceNow Implementation - Fixed Term (3-5 months) - £40-45k (pro rata for the duration) - Remote UK Based

Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support the implementation of ServiceNow for a major system project. This short-term contract is ideal for professionals with over five years of business analysis experience. While knowledge of ServiceNow is preferred, strong candidates without it will also be considered. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to a critical system deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document business requirements.
• Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
• Prepare and contribute to the development of user training materials.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system readiness.

Skills & Qualifications:
• A minimum of five years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
