• KRA: Developer Contract Staffing (IT, Non IT) Business in the region, Business P&L, Revenue Generation, New Client Acquisition (Mid-size MNCs) & Delivery Management in Consumption, Healthcare & New-Economy Verticals
Job Profile:
• Design & Execute Business & Marketing strategies
• New Client Acquisition: Sales & Marketing to add MNC clients for IT/ERP Staffing
• Revenue maximization from the region
• Develop & Mentor Team of IT Hiring experts
• Staffing & Recruitment Delivery
• Lead team in IT/SAP Contract Hiring / End to end Mid & Sr. level Recruitment
• Manager Client Delivery in IT/SAP Staffing & IT Recruitment
• Lead Sourcing using job postings, Linkedin & other platforms
• Be a SPOC For Key Client Accounts
Candidate's Profile:
• Min. 4+ years experience in New Client Devbelopment in IT/SAP Recruitment & Contract Staffing experience with hands on in sourcing candidates using job postings. Linkedin etc
• Min 2 years’ experience in Leading the IT Staffing or Contract Staffing Practice.
• Experience as a Regional/Business Head (IT Staffing) Preferred
• A hard core Sales professional with proven track record in maximizing revenue
• Ready to work from home - full or part-time.
• SAP/ IT Contract Staffing consultancy experience preferred
• Should have IT Staffing background with deep understanding of tech skills & sourcing platforms
• Must have entrepreneurship spirit with long-term commitment & high level of IQ, Maturity
• Think Big Approach with Optimizm & Positivity
• Vision to Grow Big with Global Focus
• Shall not have any other engagement & able to share 4+ hrs initially & more on demand
• Ready to work as a Partner in the business with long-term commitment
• Strong academics records are must
• Shall not be working full-time
