Sikich India is seeking an experienced Business Development Accounting Specialist to join our team in Client Accounting Services. As a key member of our global services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting and financial services to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily accounting activities, including AP management and AR management
Create and send invoices for clients
Manage payroll for clients
Perform monthly close activities
Prepare financial statements
Develop and manage reports, budgets, cash-flow models, and supplemental reports
Prepare sales and payroll tax returns
Develop one-on-one relationships with US-based project leads
Ensure that reports sent to clients are accurate and delivered within scheduled timeframes
Drive quality project deliverables
Progressively enhance leadership skills and guide Associates on delivery work
Participate in training and development to hone skills of peers and self
Requirements for Success:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's Degree in Accounting is a plus
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Organizational skills to provide client reports within scheduled time frames
Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems
Proficiency in intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
