The Role
As a Business Development Associate, you won’t just “support sales” — you’ll help build the growth engine of the company. You’ll identify opportunities, initiate conversations with decision-makers, and play a key role in expanding our client base across global markets.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where your ideas matter.
What You’ll Do
Identify and reach out to potential clients (LinkedIn, cold email, outbound campaigns, communities, events).
Research target industries and decision-makers.
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls.
Help craft personalized outreach strategies.
Support proposal creation and pricing discussions.
Maintain and optimize CRM processes.
Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and tech teams.
Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and positioning.
Track pipeline metrics and optimize outreach performance.
What We’re Looking For
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (B2B preferred).
Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
Comfort with cold outreach and relationship building.
Curiosity about technology and software development.
High ownership mindset and self-starter attitude.
Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bonus Points
Experience selling software services or SaaS.
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Experience targeting US/UK markets.
Understanding of startups and product development lifecycle.
