What You’ll Do
✔ Source and close Working Capital (OD/CC), Unsecured Business Loans & LAP cases
✔ Build strong referral networks with CAs, DSAs, Financial Consultants & Industrial Bodies
✔ Conduct factory/site visits & assess financial statements (BS, P&L, GST)
✔ Manage end-to-end lifecycle from lead generation to disbursement
✔ Drive portfolio growth with strong yield and ticket mix
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years experience in MSME/SME Lending
Strong understanding of credit assessment & collateral evaluation
Proven ability to source and close business loan cases
Local market knowledge (Ahmedabad / Delhi)
Strong relationship-building & negotiation skills
