Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service and product information
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update client information, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
• Develop and nurture relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and follow-up strategies
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted outreach campaigns and maximize outreach effectiveness
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales activities, and client feedback to optimize future engagement efforts
Experience
• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development roles with a focus on technology or software solutions
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
• Experience in B2B sales or technical sales is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns with a focus on warm calling strategies
• Customer service experience that highlights active listening and problem-solving abilities
