Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the online b2b sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

HCP Wellness is a new-age skin care & color cosmetics, personal care, oral care products manufacturing solutions provider that offers the best private label, third party, contract manufacturing from India to the Globally. Candidate should have to developed new clients and managed existing clients and have the capability to translate the customer business issues into requirements. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.

Responsibilities
✔ Prior experience of Product Listing, Bidding, Lead Generation, E-mail Marketing etc
✔ Experience in using/managing Alibaba, TradeIndia, Indiamart, ExportersIndia

✔ Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand client's requirement and acquisition
✔ Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
✔ Ability to work in a target-centric manner, achieving set goals
✔ Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
✔ Experience with interacting with global clientele
✔ Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
✔ Seek new sales opportunities through networking
✔ Build relationships with prospective clients
✔ Target based revenue generation for company
✔ Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
✔ Manage sales pipeline

Candidate Profile:
✔ Fluency in English and Local Region language
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
✔ High Energy and Passion
✔ Strong Sales Experience
✔ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & Power Point
✔ An emphatic communicator with pleasant personality.
✔ Self-driven, well groomed, results-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
✔ Structured and process oriented.
✔ Zeal for multitasking. Comprehensive towards Facts and Figures.

✔ Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
✔ Strong negotiation skills
✔ CRM experience is preferred

Qualification
Bachelor's degree 3+ years in sales industry
