Justitiaa is a one-stop service provider of modern-day solutions to legal issues and requirements. The new-age Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) & Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, combined with the localized & encrypted servers provide seamless online case management and video conferencing. We are not only bridging the gaps and lacunae in the justice delivery system, but also aim to educate and up-skill legal students and professionals to increase ‘legal literacy’ and ‘legal competency’.
About The Role:
Looking for a full-time Business Developer for Justitiaa who will work at the location (Defence Colony, New Delhi). They should be able to efficiently communicate, coordinate, promote and execute their responsibilities in a prompt manner.
Responsibilities:
· Perform market research in skilling and ODR related field to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
· Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.
· Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors and network with investors and other business partners to generate new leads.
· Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training, and promotion of the company.
· Identify potential clients in the upskilling and ODR market and conduct research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
· Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
· Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
· Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure the contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
· Become a subject matter expert on our business services, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on legal and skill industry news.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Coordinate with government entities and departments to promote our services and execute the contracted services.
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
. Experience upto four years.
· Prior experience in sales, marketing or related field.
· Strong communication skills – verbal and written, and IT fluency.
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
· Robust interpersonal skills.
· Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets and attend conventions.
· Strong leadership skills.
