Looking for a confident , soft spoken Customer Relationship Expert ( CRE ) for a B2B organisation situated in Vepery, Chennai.
• Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation with a view to retaining existing customers and constantly servicing them.
• Taking care of the customer requirements i.e from Order to Delivery & re-orders.
• Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
• Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the Flow process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
Requirement :-
• Female Candidate with a minimum work experience of 2 - 3 Years as Customer Relationship or Sales Coordinator
• Good In communication ( Oral and Written )
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets , Emailers and PowerPoint
