Job Description
As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals with potential clients. If you have a proven track record of success in sales or business development and are passionate about Architectural and BIM services, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other marketing channels
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Present and pitch our web design and digital marketing services to potential clients
Understand clients' needs and tailor our offerings to suit their requirements
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Work closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure clients' needs are met
Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for Marketing and Sales
Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
