About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Brand Partnerships team. You will own the end-to-end partnership cycle, from onboarding brands to matching them with the right creators, closing deals, and driving recurring revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and has a passion for sales and the creator ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage new brands on the Fancall platform.
Strategically match brands with high-performing influencers/creators based on campaign goals.
Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals.
Drive recurring revenue through strong account management and upselling opportunities.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and track all deals systematically.
Build long-term brand–creator relationships that deliver measurable results.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
2–5 years experience in Business Development, Brand Partnerships, or Influencer Marketing.
Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Sales-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
