Looking for Freshers for the role of Business Development Executive for the Localization Industry based out in Delhi.
Position: Business Development Executive
Working Mode: Work from Office
Working Days: 5 Days
Location Delhi: Delhi
Experience: Fresher/Interns
Education Requirements: BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing/International Marketing
Nature of Duties:
Build the company business proposals for significant contribution to business growth
Build the client base and potential business leads
Maintain the existing client business proposals and delivery tracking
Client Retention and building business leads
Work on monthly sales and business KPIs
Up keeping of the market strategies as per demands
Should attend the networking trainings/events to build new connections
Stakeholders & Working Relationships:
Work closely with clients and other stakeholders
Flexible enough to travel onshore and offshore
Work effectively with sales, marketing and strategy teams.
Requirements:
Must have BBA or MBA (Sales & Marketing) degree from a reputed college
Excellent verbal & written over English.
Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
Working in Localization industry will be an added-advantage.
Good stability professional track record
Business Development Executive qualifications and skills
Bachelors degree is required.
Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in project management and/or sales.
Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
Salary/Benefits:
INR 18-20K per month (Can be negotiable too as per skilled & potentialities of the candidates)
