About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Perform cold calling to reach potential clients and explain our services.
2. Work on lead generation through online research, databases, and social media platforms.
3. Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and generate interest.
4. Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
5. Handle social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and create basic posts or updates.
6. Maintain a database of prospective clients and recruitment pipelines.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and client communication.
8. Provide regular reports on outreach progress and lead status.

• are available for duration of 6 months
• are from Surat only
• have relevant skills and interests

Other Requirements:
1. Are available for a full-time internship (in-office/remote as applicable).

5. Possess good communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
6. Are proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
7. Prior experience in cold calling, email marketing, or handling social media is a plus (not mandatory).

• Stipend Structure:
Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 8,000 - 10,000 /month
• Job offer:
On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 360000/year
