Experience : 6 months to 5 Years Experience in B2B-Business Development
Budget- 6 Lpa + incentives
Location :Kalkat Bhawan Block C, Gmada Aerocity, PATIALA, Punjab, India
Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred
Qualification: Any graduate or Post Graduate
NOTE- PREFERRED IMMEDIATE JOINERS.
Roles and Responsibilities
Building DB of potential leads (inclusing their CxO's)
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and adding clients.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Collect data on clients, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations in a CRM tool.
Understand business objectives and research to discover prospective clients and contacts.
Perform valid and reliable market research inputs.
Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases.
Key Requirements
Proven Business Development experience in Staffing / Recruitment firms, acquiring clients.
Ability to interpret data and to multi-task
Strong communication and presentation skills
Excellent knowledge of collecting and maintaining databases and MS Office
Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
Familiarity with CRM tools
Strong analytical and critical thinking
