What You'll Do
Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, helping individuals find the right life insurance products for their needs.
Be the face of Plum Personal for prospects: responsive, credible, and genuinely helpful at every touchpoint.
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales in partnership with leading insurers to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Work directly with partner insurers on product development, policy placements, and day-to-day post-sales operations.
Feed insights from the ground back into the product and GTM strategy. Your voice will actually matter here.
What We're Looking For
1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in BFSI, insur-tech, or B2C financial services.
Someone who can hold their own in a room, whether face-to-face, on a call, or over email.
The ability to make complex products feel simple and worth buying.
Comfort with targets, timelines, and ambiguity, sometimes all at once.
A challenger mindset: curious, adaptable, and not waiting to be told what to do.
Experience in insurance, brokerage, or personal finance is a strong plus.
