Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy Support:
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans to target new markets and expand the client base.
Client Acquisition Assistance
• Help generate leads through networking, research, and collaboration with the marketing team.
Sales Conversion Support
• Assist in converting leads into customers by following up with potential clients, addressing inquiries, and nurturing relationships.
• Support the sales team in guiding leads through the sales funnel and securing conversions.
Relationship Building Support
• Help build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Contribute to client engagement through follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal teams to understand our services and contribute to improvements based on client and market feedback.
Market Intelligence
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Provide insights and suggestions to the team based on research and findings.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong interest in the IT services sector with a desire to learn about business development and sales conversion.
• Excellent communication, research, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
