Making outbound calls to schools, colleges, counsellors, and education partners.
Introducing Proventus Education’s services and securing appointments for the Director.
Maintaining structured call logs and follow-up schedules.
Sending follow-up emails summarising services and next steps.
Supporting lead nurturing through consistent communication.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Speaks excellent English and fluent Hindi.
Strong understanding of the education sector and how schools and counsellors operate.
Confident making outbound calls and converting conversations into appointments.
Organised, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups and documentation.
KPIs
OUTREACH & APPOINTMENT SETTING
20-30 introduction calls per week.
Minimum 20 follow-up calls weekly.
10–20 percent conversion of introduction calls into booked appointments.
100 percent follow-up emails sent within 24 hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
