Job Responsibilities
• Developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to identify new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and revenue streams.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential & existing clients and partners and identifying opportunities to collaborate and expand the studio's network.
• Identifying potential market trends and developing new product/service offerings in response to changing consumer needs and preferences.
• Developing and delivering compelling pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
• Managing and tracking sales targets, leads, and business development opportunities, and reporting progress to senior management.
• Collaborating with the creative and technical teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Conducting market research and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with potential partners and clients.
• Ensuring that all business development activities align with the company's overall strategic goals and objectives.
In addition to these requirements, a successful Business Development Manager should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to take risks and try new approaches. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years prior business development or sales experience in the New Media Design industry.
