Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share. The Business Development Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing, sales, and business plans, and will be responsible for driving business growth through various channels.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a member of a team, and to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing, sales, and business plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Ability to travel when necessary
