Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with team members to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
2. Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
6. Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
7. Stay informed of industry trends and recruitment best practices to continually improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA candidates are preferable.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
