Job Description
In this position, you will own the sales process for our Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) niche on a national scale, collaborating with our existing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Coding leaders to design integrated strategies that drive specialized business to support our existing and future clients. Your primary responsibility is to determine high-value client targets, generate sales leads, and lead the effort to cultivate those prospects into long-term partners.
By working closely with our talented recruiters, you will bridge the gap between complex technical needs and qualified talent. Utilizing your expertise in EHR/EMR, Informatics, and the RCM continuum, you will serve as a subject matter expert, providing consultative solutions to our clients.
What You’ll do
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust database of hiring managers through resourceful, outgoing, and proactive networking.
• Collaborative Strategy: Partner with the RCM and Coding teams to provide a comprehensive suite of healthcare solutions to national accounts.
• Market Leadership: Establish yourself as a go-to expert in the HIT space, leveraging deep industry knowledge to win new business.
• Operational Growth: Drive significant revenue streams with the ultimate goal of scaling this practice into a full-service team.
