Profile Responsibility:
Researching, planning, and implementing new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
Researching prospective accounts in target markets
Generate leads through different sources & build contacts with potential clients through outbound calling and email interactions to create new business opportunities
Pursuing leads generated by the team and moving them through the sales cycle
Developing business documents such as quotes, proposals & contracts as required for prospective clients
Setting goals for self & team and developing strategies to meet those goals
Training business development team members
Attending conferences & industry events and hosting webinars
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events publications and Similar jobs
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
Managing a team of BD Executives.
