Are you a strategic and values-driven leader with a passion for creating meaningful change? HelpingMinds is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our fundraising, partnership, and procurement initiatives during an exciting period of growth and celebration.
In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the CEO and Executive team to design and implement innovative strategies that strengthen donor engagement, secure sustainable funding, and cultivate long-term partnerships. Your work will be instrumental in advancing HelpingMinds’ mission and ensuring the continued growth and impact of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of business development strategies aligned with our organisational vision and values.
Identify and pursue funding opportunities from government, corporate, and philanthropic sources.
Cultivate and manage partnerships that drive long-term, sustainable funding.
Oversee fundraising campaigns, donor engagement initiatives and community giving programs.
Prepare compelling grant applications and tender submissions in collaboration with internal teams.
Work closely with Marketing to build digital campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
Drive corporate sponsorships and collaborative initiatives, particularly in support of our 50th anniversary.
Provide regular reporting to the CEO and Executive team on business development outcomes.
About You:
You bring proven experience in business development, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
You have a strong network within (and beyond) the community or not-for-profit sectors.
You are strategic, proactive, and results-focused, with a deep alignment to values-driven work.
You’re an excellent communicator and relationship builder with experience managing tenders and grants.
You’re passionate about creating lasting impact in mental health and community services.
