Responsibilities
The candidate needs to handle international clients, deal with them, influence them to start business with us and do visits to clients' companies for the business development for the company.
Qualifications
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and persuasively convey ideas and tailor messages for clients from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respecting differences in customs, business practices, and etiquette to build strong and lasting client relationships.
• Negotiation Skills: Skills to negotiate favourable terms and adapt to different negotiation styles around the world; finding win-win deals is crucial.
• Relationship Building: Building trust and rapport through regular, thoughtful engagement with global clients leads to long-term partnerships.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market studies, understanding global trends, regulations, and customer needs, and tailoring strategies accordingly.
• Adaptability: Being flexible with changing markets, client demands, and regulations, and swiftly adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Foreign Language Proficiency: Fluency in one or more foreign languages can greatly enhance communication and client relationship management.
• Strategic Thinking: Planning long-term sales strategies that align with both the company’s and the local market’s goals.
• Technological Proficiency: Using digital sales and CRM tools and analysing sales data to optimise strategies and client engagement.
• Judgement and Decision-Making: Making quick, informed decisions, sometimes in unfamiliar environments, to best serve both clients' and company interests.
